Paladar Latin Kitchen Opening in KOP

KING OF PRUSSIA, Penn. (September 30, 2016) – Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, located at 250 Main Street at the King of Prussia Town Center, officially opens its doors today following a charity night benefiting local non-profit Mission Kids.  A ribbon cutting ceremony attended by state and local officials, including Representative Tim Briggs, introduced Philadelphians to the Latin-inspired cuisine. Patrons and supporters of Mission Kids enjoyed Paladar appetizer and entrée favorites, handcrafted cocktails, and live entertainment. One hundred percent of the night’s proceeds were donated to the local non-profit organization, which provides multidisciplinary care to alleged victims of child abuse.

Patrons can expect to find an adventurous, yet approachable menu with favorites like tacos, empanadas and Paladar’s signature made-to-order guacamole. Traditional Latin-inspired dishes include Cuba’s Ropa Vieja, Brazil’s Feijoada Stew, Mexico’s Pork al Pastor and much more. The restaurant’s extensive beverage program is highlighted by more than 75 rums from around the world. Rum flights encourage guests to explore the unknown through half-ounce pours, while signature rum cocktails – such as Paladar’s hand-muddled mojitos – are handcrafted for a more familiar experience.Patrons and supporters of Mission Kids enjoyed Paladar appetizer and entrée favorites, handcrafted cocktails, and live entertainment. Patrons can expect to find an adventurous, yet approachable menu with favorites like tacos, empanadas and Paladar’s signature made-to-order guacamole. The 6,500-square-foot restaurant offers seating for 274 guests as well as a private dining space. A seasonal outdoor patio bar and dining area seats up to 140 guests. Off-site catering also is available.



Paladar is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner services: Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. – midnight, Saturday from 10 a.m. – midnight, and Sunday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. A weekday happy hour in the bar featuring specially priced drinks and appetizers is available from 4 – 6:30 p.m. Paladar offers an exceptional weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Diners can expect to find dishes such as Adobo Wild Shrimp & Grits, Huevos Rancheros, Maple Pulled Pork & Fried Eggs, and Crispy Duck Confit & Fried Egg Hash.
