 spoke with Congressman Bob Brady who says he's still a huge Kelly supporter -- despite the fact they're struggling this season with a 1-3 record. 

So, if it means bringing Kelly to his office to sip from the holy cup ... Brady says he's 100% on board! 

There's just one problem with the potential divine intervention -- their next opponent is the Saints.
