PHS Pop Up Beer Garden in Manayunk

In its second season, the PHS Pop Up Garden features a full-scale menu with new food and beverage offerings, beautiful horticultural displays, and new public and private seating options.

The food and drink menus are provided by local Philadelphia restaurants, Cantina Los Caballitos, and Khyber Pass Pub.

New items this year include Watermelon & Feta with reduced balsamic, basil, and black lava sea salt, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with cayenne glazed fried chicken tenders, bread & butter pickles, and coleslaw. To name a few.

The menu will also feature a few options for vegetarians and vegans with some plant-based versions of sandwiches along with a selection of snacks.

For cocktails, look for a full bar with something for everyone, including a refreshing Woodermelon with Tito’s vodka, watermelon, Fever-Tree ginger beer, and lime or the Pink Peppercorn Paloma with Lunazul Blanco Tequila, pink grapefruit, pink peppercorn, and lime.

And with a selection of wines by the glass or bottle plus non-alcoholic options, the Pop Up Garden at Manayunk has something to quench everyone’s thirst.

This year, reservations for groups of 6-20 can be made online. For larger groups of 20+ people, private event spaces are available for your special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or any other occasion.

This year’s Pop Up Garden features a new array of plants and flowers. The garden was inspired by native plant communities, giving the garden a forest-like feel, warmth, and fresh air.
