Philadelphia, PAPhillyBite10 - Scarpetta Philadelphia on Rittenhouse Square and Stateside Urbancraft Vodka have teamed up to create a taste bud tantalizing, one-of-a-kind hybrid menu item: a Vodka-infused pizza. In line with Scareptta’s mission to offer guests a twist on modern Italian cuisine, Scarpetta’s first ever alcohol-infused pizza places a boozy spin on the ever-trending “Vodk a Pizza,” utilizing Stateside-vodka infused pizza dough, layered with vodka-infused ricotta cheese and sundried tomatoes and drizzled with a vodka blush sauce

Scarpetta PhillyIn creating the components of the pizza, Executive Chef Michael Laughlin strived to find a recipe that balanced the complex flavor profiles of Stateside Vodka and the familiar flavors of Italian cuisine most commonly found on Scarpetta’s menu. The dough and cheese-infusions extract Stateside’s soft, silky palate, creamy flavor profile and nougaty finish, while the infused sundried tomatoes and vodka sauce drizzle draw upon the citrus-y zest associated with a homemade sauce

The Vodka Pizza will be offered on the bar menu for $10.00 during dinner hours and $6.00 during happy hour. Must be 21 or older to order.

To complement the Vodka Pizza launch, Scarpetta is also transitioning to their Spring menu, complete with 13 new dishes. New dishes including a Chilled Lobster Salad ($25), Garlic Roasted Artichokes ($16), Burrata ($16), Squid Ink Linguine ($28) and a Niman Ranch Lamb Porterhouse ($45).
