General manager of Devil’s Den, Kris Hagan, and Andrew “Ruby” Rubenstein, 2SP brewer and Head Cellarman, teamed up to brew an exclusive beer for the event – Remembrance, an American-style gose, brewed with American wheat and coriander, finishing with a pleasant tartness.

All of the proceeds from the collaboration kegs will be donated to HELP USA, a nonprofit organization converting a rundown school in Philadelphia into housing for homeless Philly vets.

Bartenders will be serving the gose 3 different ways utilizing a Randall – a filter that will be connected to the tap and then filled with flavor-enhancing ingredients; guests will have the choice of: a “red” gose with raspberry and strawberry flavoring, a “white,” unaltered gose; or a “blue” gose with blueberry and blackberry flavoring.

“I am personally a veteran myself,” said Hagan. “So this is an event that’s very dear to me. I try to do a veteran’s event every year no matter what the scale is.”

In addition to the Remembrance Gose, additional kegs have been donated from 2SP Brewing Company, Weyerbacher Brewing Company, Coppertail Brewing Co., Evil Genius Beer Company, andIron Hill's Brewery & Restaurant 100% of the proceeds from these kegs will be donated to HELP USA.
