Philadelphia, PA - MilkBoy in Philly turns South Street into a festive music-infused venue, Rock Salt. The sidewalk streetery venue will debut with twinkling lights, holiday decor, gold and platinum records, hot beverages, and a heat lamp at every table.
Rock Salt Opens on South Street
Each outdoor table is covered with a festive playlist prepared by MilkBoy's own Jamie Lokoff, including hundreds of holiday favorites. Like Christmas in Hollis from Run DMC to Father Christmas from The Kinks.
"We wanted to create a space that's on-brand for MilkBoy that does what we do — lift spirits and offer a fun escape — while at the same time providing a socially distanced and responsible good time," said MilkBoy partner Jamie Lokoff. "I had a lot of fun putting together our first playlist that focuses on awesome holiday tunes, and it'll evolve as winter goes on."
MilkBoy South Street's full menu, along with a full array of bar offerings, will be available, as well as Jim's Steaks.
Rock Salt at MilkBoy South Street is currently open Monday through Wednesday, 3 p.m. - 10 p.m., and Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It will remain on-site all winter long with additional specials, playlists, and more.
