Ocean Prime - serves some of the city’s best steak and seafood, so who would think Chef Jenn Grosskruger’s Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli would be so toothsome? SQUARE 1682 - just off of iconic Rittenhouse Square, Chef Bobby Surdam of Square 1682 is rolling out a new fall menu and pasta dish for National Pasta Day. His Ricotta Agnolotti is served with seasonal squash puree, hearty mushrooms and bacon. Surdam’s Agnolotti hits notes of sweet and savory, and is perfect for welcoming the cooler temperatures. Red Owl Tavern -
known for its American fare and vast collection of dark spirits, also makes a popular Bucatini Pasta with House-Made Bolognese to put any Italian grandmother’s recipe up for the running. Chef Caitlin Mateo builds the Bolognese sauce with wild boar and Creekstone Farm beef blend, and tops the dish off with fresh Parmesan. The Twisted Tail - 
what’s National Pasta day without a delicious potato gnocchi? The Twisted Tail’s Chef Leo Forneas lightens up his Gnocchi dish with bright green spinach, chanterelles and a sprinkling of ricotta. Philadelphians can head to historic Society Hill to try the gnocchi for dinner. $21. The Twisted Tail is at 509 S. 2nd St.
Urban Farmer - 
Chef Terry White is committed to his side dishes as he is to the copious amount of steak he serves, crafting decadence into each bite. Case in point, the Rosemary Lobster Spaghetti with pickled ramp pesto cream, cerignola olives and sharp pecorino. Guests can enjoy this plate during dinnertime. $14. Rex 1516 - 
everyone knows Rex 1516 does Southern-inspired cuisine extremely well, and Chef Justin Swain’s pasta dish is no different. His Buttermilk Ricotta Ravioli is amped with pickled shishito peppers, smoked heirloom carrots, snap peas and a cornbread crumble. Swain’s spin on the classic ricotta-filled ravioli will have Philadelphians swooning for more. Rex 1516’s Buttermilk Ricotta Ravioli is available at dinner. $20. City Tap House - 
Both City Tap House in Logan Square and University City are known for the city’s most extensive craft beer list and American pub fare. City Tap House should be noted on National Pasta Day for the Rabbit Bolognese, on both restaurants’ new fall menus, which combines smoky bacon and rabbit ragout with wide cut pappardelle pasta and Parmesan.
