CHERRY HILL, NJ (January 19, 2016) – Marino Bistro To Go, which opened in 2015 at 2010 Marlton Pike West, Marketplace at Garden State Park, has unveiled several new additions to its menu including its highly acclaimed “Build Your Own Pasta Bowl”.
Unlike anything available in other restaurants, this unique concept allows diners to choose from nine pastas (including Marino’s signature Gnocchi, Penne, Whole Wheat Penne, Angel Hair, Parpadella and more), then select a sauce (Gorgonzola Cream and Vodka Sauce are favorites), and lastly select an optional “add on” including shrimp, meatballs, and chicken for just $9.95. Ten complimentary toppings are also available.
Owner Jimmy Marino and his partners, who are his two brothers, have also added salad and sandwich stations for those who aren’t looking for pasta or want to add to their orders.
Marino’s To Go has approximately 80 seats and has become a very popular spot for lunch and dinner. It also has a thriving take out and catering business for those looking for a “home cooked” meal in minutes.
Marino modeled the Cherry Hill location after the original Marino To Go location opened in 2009 next door to his acclaimed restaurant in Collingswood, NJ Bistro DiMarino. Its success inspired him to open the Cherry Hill location – only on a much larger scale.
The concept has become so popular that Marino has started a franchising business and the Cherry Hill location serves as the storefront for the training of future franchisees
