This new signature event on the first Friday of every month will have a special addition to the menu: a traditional Provençal bouillabaisse prepared by Perrier and Baril chef Ken Wallace, alongside atmospheric live music. The dish is served family style and includes a saffron broth, mussels, red snapper, clams, shrimp and potatoes served with slices of grilled baguette and rouille. The evening will also feature live music from Drew Nugent and the Midnight Society.
