- Chickie's & Pete's celebrates its 5th Annual “Crabfries for Heroes” on National French Fry Day this July 13th from 11:00 am to Midnight, with one dollar Crabfries and all purchases being contributed to charitable organizations.

"Crabfries for Heroes" returns for its 5th year now and every $1 spent on Crabfries along with $5 spent on Miller Lite Personal Pitchers on 7/13 is going to be donated to the Fraternal Order of Police Survivors Fund to support families of fallen police officers.

During the past year, the program has raised more than $30,000, and this year Chickie's is looking to break a record by attempting to raise more than $40,000! In addition to raising funds, Chickie’s & Pete’s is going to see to it that police officers in the area are well-fed this Saturday. By taking their own Crabfries Express truck on the road to feed police officers in multiple police districts throughout the City of Philadelphia.
