Jean-Georges brand-new Philadelphia dining establishments will unfold in the brand-new Four Seasons Hotel at the Comcast Center, with not one but two venues on Aug. 12, 2019. With Jean-Georges Philadelphia operating on the 59th floor and JG Sky High Lounge taking over the 60th floor, both offering guests breathtaking views of the city skyline.
Both establishments will be led by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, with the menu at Jean-Georges Philadelphia highlighting in-season ingredients cooked using classical French techniques, while calling on the chefs international influences, along with an extensive selection of wines from the U.S. and France.
