Conterless Markets PhiladelphiaPhiladelphia, PA - Chef Lee Styer of Fond is launching a Contactless Pop-Up Market, offering a mixture of necessary grab-and-go items as well as delicious ready-to-eat take out foods, milk, beer, wine, and other goods at Passyunk Square.


 

The market will work in collaboration with Styer’s other restaurant, The Dutch this weekend, Saturday, March 21 – Sunday, March 22, from 10 am – 8 pm via his Passyunk Square restaurant.

The Dutch will begin each day with breakfast and lunch options from 10 am - 2 pm, including Breakfast Sandwiches with bacon, sausage, avocado, Yogurt, and Berry Compote Parfait, Turkey or Corned Beef Ruben, Frisée and Endive Salad, Fresh Fruit, and more.

Fond’s team, including Chefs and Owners Lee Styer and Jessie Prawlucki-Styer, will also provide guests with delicious dinner and dessert options from 2 - 8 pm, including Fresh Pasta with Bolognese or marinara sauce, Pasta Fagioli, Chicken Liver Mousse, Mushroom Soup, Farro Salad with feta, preserved lemon, sundried tomatoes, Sour Dough and Olive Bread, Muffins, Brownies, and more.



The restaurant’s doors are going to be propped open to minimize contact, and all grab and go items, including eggs, milk, apples, toilet paper, and wine and beer packages, will be set up on the bar where patrons can make orders for takeout without touching items. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders will also be made upfront in the restaurant. After placing the order, patrons can walk over to Fond’s side window to take home their entire order.
