Dig Will Open Second Restaurant in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PAdig restaurant philly - New York-based Dig will open a new fast-casual bi-level restaurant at the University of Pennsylvania in early 2022. The University City location will feature over 2,700 square feet of space located at 140 S. 36th Street and will be Dig's second Philadelphia location.


Dig is Opening in University City 

Dig offers guests a vegetable-forward menu of fresh, locally sourced food. Prepared by chefs working one-on-one along with local farmers to develop unique seasonal offerings, including Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Cashew Kale Caesar, and Cauliflower with Garlic and Parmesan, along with protein options such as Herb Roasted Chicken and Wild Alaskan Salmon.

Dig is dedicated to the community's well-being, and at the end of each day, Dig will donate any unsold food to local organizations such as St. John's Methodist.
