Philly's Own Top Chef Jennifer Carroll - Moving to D.C

Jennifer Carroll, form Philly has been seen on Top Chef Season 6 Finalist, Top Chef All Stars Alum & Life After Top Chef on Bravo TV  is moving her base to the Washington, D.C.-northern Virginia area. Carroll will work at Requin pop-up restaurant, opening this October, in northern Virginia, at the Mosaic District in Merrifield.

About Carroll

 

Carroll started out studying law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C, but she decided to leave and attend The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia. She became a sous chef at both Julia and Café Kati in San Francisco. After returning to her hometown to work in the kitchens of Sonoma and Arroyo Grill, popular eateries in Philadelphia, she then went on to become sous chef at Eric Ripert’s revered Le Bernardin in Manhattan. She was personally selected by Chef Ripert to lead his kitchen as Chef de Cuisine of 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge, located in The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia.

Carroll appeared on reality TV show Top Chef on Bravo during its sixth season and was one of the final four contestants when she was eliminated from the competition. Carroll also competed as a contestant on Top Chef: All Stars in 2010; she was eliminated in the second episode. Carroll was one of the featured participants on the show Life After Top Chef.
