Rumor has it that  Tommy Joyner and Bill Hanson, owners of Philly music venue MilkBoy are planing to open another venue on South Street, at the location of now closed Lickety Split and 2nd State Lounge, at the corner of 4th & South Streets

The rumor is that the team has purchased the entire block and are looking to recreatethe floor plan of their center city location.
