Wildwood NJ -Backfin Blues Bar &Grill announced it is coming to Wildwood NJ, in the location formerly owned by Tavern on the Bay. The city of Wildwood Alcohol Beverage Control Board recently approved a person to person transfer of Tavern on the Bay’s liquor license to Backfin Blues Bar & Grill. The new owner have placed an ad searching for servers, bartenders, line cooks, experienced pizza makers and an experienced sous chef. Year round employment is available.
Chef Bob Steele, who owns Backfin Blues Bar & Grill in Port Deposit, Maryland. The original restaurant has been in business nearly 10 years, and plans are to expand to the new franchise location in Wildwood, N.J., this spring with a menu similar to the Port Deposit location.
