- Philly's renowned Steve’s Prince of Steaks announces the company's 5th restaurant will open on Friday, October 19th at Hamilton Court at 3836 Chestnut Street. The opening is going to include complimentary cheesesteaks, fries, and sodas for lunch and also dinner at the new University City location, between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. College students with valid student ID from Penn, Drexel or University of the Sciences will delight in free cheesesteaks all day.

The latest Steve’s outpost is roughly 2,300+ square feet and is the sole Steve’s to carry a liquor license featuring beer, cocktails, spirits and frozen drinks. It's going to be the only Steve’s spot to also offer a selection of pizza's and chicken wings. Steve’s will also be joined on Friday by the grand opening in Hamilton Court by I-CE-NY Philly and The Creamery Cafe, both of which will give away free thai rolled ice cream, milkshakes, and gourmet soft serve during the same hours.
The new joint is lively and fun with a clean, stylish and vibrant interior. The counter was designed to get orders in swiftly on the window side and provide a relaxing dining room for guests to converse, and enjoy a refreshing beer.
Outside the house, are tables and chairs for up to 10-15 guests to enjoy sidewalk dining and will continue to be open until the temperatures change.
On the menu, look for Steve’s favourites, such as cheesesteaks (wit or without, whiz or American, extra toppings bar), chicken cheesesteaks, pizza steaks, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pork roll, hoagies, veggie “cheesesteak,” french fries, cheese fries, soda, pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks and a lot more. Pizzas will certainly include a variety of faves like pepperoni, sausage, buffalo chicken, barbecue, in addition to seven varieties of wings, most notably barbecue, spicy barbecue, “Sweet Heat,” medium, hot, garlic parmesan as well as teriyaki.
At the bar, look for beer and cider, as well as frozen cocktails, spirits. All are offered for dine-in and also beer available for take-out.
