A Nifty Fifty's representatives announced that they are planning to open the chain's very first franchise in South Philly.

Leo McGlynn launched the very first Nifty Fifty's back in 1987. Nifty Fifty's give guests a chance to discover the 1950s drugstore pop shop experience, over a few shakes and great 100% beef burgers.

The chain delivers a taste of the '50s with fresh-cut homemade fries, hand-dipped drug store style milkshakes along with various other soda fountain goodies, and freshly ground beef burgers.
