PhillyBite10Philadelphia, PA - Teddy Souria's and the Craft Concepts Group are opening a beautiful restaurant and natural wine bar in the former space that was occupied by Cinder Copper and Lace at 1500 Locust st called Blume on Thursday, April 25th at 4 pm. I attended the recent media event for PhillyBite Magazine and couldn't believe how beautiful the place looks and how delicious the food and drinks were, so be sure to check them out.

The decor is gorgeous and very Instagram ready, and the kitchen is staffed by Executive Chef Aila DeVowe , who has an incredible culinary resume' that includes working in some of the best kitchens in the city. Working with local chefs such as Bar Ferdinand with Chef David Ansill, she also worked with Chef Peter McAndrews, Chef Joncarl Lachman, and restaurateur Stephen Starr.

So the food “fantastic,” and the menu will feature New American, street-food inspired small plates and twists on classic and approachable food. The drinks are also incredible with a program that is cocktail and natural wine forward with highly visual drinks that include Purple Rain with a lavender rain surprise on top and Cotton Candy featuring real cotton candy that melts before your eyes.

Plus 20 taps of curated craft beers and ciders, the restaurant is 2400 Square feet and has seating inside for up to 100 people and sidewalk seating for 12, Blume opens at 1500 Locust st April 25th at 4pm, and you can make reservations through Open Table or call 267 761-5582.

Blume Opening in PhillyBlume in Rittenhouse - Teddy Sourias and Craft Concepts Group are launching their latest concept Blume at 1500 Locust Street in Rittenhouse this April, a brand-new food and drink concept will take over the previous space occupied by Cinder Copper & Lace.
