Alimentari is actually the Italian word for "good food and camaraderie." The cafe is going to offer Roman-style square pizza pie, commonly purchased by the weight.
Alimentari will feature a cheese bar, charcuterie plates, Roman-style square pizza, as well as salads, with an additional bar for the beer, wine, and cocktails. Items offered in the marketplace are also going to be utilized at the upstairs café’s menu.
Expect Alimentari to open up in July. With hours likely being 11 a.m. till 8:30 p.m. 7 days a week.
