The Suraya Team Is Opening Up a Mexican Restaurant in Rittenhouse
Located inside Pod Philly Hotel, the new, 252-room hotel in a new building north of Rittenhouse Square. Philadelphia restaurateurs Greg Root and Michael Kennedy will operate the first-floor Mexican eatery Condesa, a coffee shop and rooftop taqueria and bar.
The taqueria that will be open year-round, due to a retractable glass roof and will be located on the hotel’s 11th-floor rooftop.
