- Heather Annechiarico and Chris Fetfatze are pleased to announce the grand opening of their brand-new restaurant The Cambridge located at 1508 South Street (West). The couple has been busy, renovating the entire dining room and bar area, as well as updating the exterior and garden areas.
New Cambridge on South St Debuts New Dining Room
The dining rooms, massive wooden walls, as well as booths in the middle, have been knocked out to make room for an open, airy, light and colorful new floorplan - with a top-to-bottom renovation which features new floors, unique woods, lighter colors, modern chandeliers and ceiling fixtures, London-inspired decor, more seating areas.
The exterior has also been renovated and now includes new lighting, added colors, gold fixtures, and lush plants lining the building-wide railing system.
Cambridge Menu and Bar Program
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Derek Cantwell has created an entirely new menu that takes The Cambridge in a brand-new culinary direction. The new menu focuses on less large, heartier entrees and dishes, and more of an emphasis on vegetables and greens, the debut of new large-format share boards, small bites and plates, and more of a focus on world flavors. The bar program also has been reworked to pair with the menu, and to pair with the future opening of Wine Dive.

Hours for dinner, bar, and late-night service are Monday through Thursday, 4:00 pm to 1:00 am, Friday 3:00 pm to 2:00 am, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 2:00 am.
