Philadelphia, PA - Lost Bread Co., a partnership between Alex Bois and Avram Hornik, is set to open their first cafe in the Rittenhouse Square West neighborhood come January 2021.

The storefront will start off as a takeout-only location until the city lifts indoor dining restrictions as well as outdoor seating during the warmer months.
The menu will feature sandwiches, bagels baked fresh on-site throughout the day, and seasonal sides from produce grown by progressive local farms.
Along with the new brand, the new Café, the team is excited to announce that a new, vegan-friendly, coconut flavor of the legendary pretzel shortbread cookie, now available at the Lost Bread Co.
This year also look for a new line of whole-grain pastries as well as the introduction of the Waffle Egg Pocket.
Lost Bread Cafe - specializing in Bagels & Pizza, will open 7 days a week for takeout and delivery from 7AM-3PM, until the addition of a night time service built around a unique pizza style.
