Philadelphia, PA - The owners of Fabrika unveiled their newest concept under the plexiglass-covered outdoor space attached to a former ice cream machine factory.
Terrassa is Opening at Fabrika in Fishtown
Terrassa Fishtown is an outdoor industrial-style space along Frankford Avenue that, unlike the Fabrika, will offer a casual, family-friendly fare with shareable international plates and centered around Chef Shain Wancio's handmade folded flatbread skewers.
Terrassa's menu is a mix of Mediterranean, Spanish, and Latin flavors. Menu highlights include Whipped Feta with Grilled Watermelon, Cucumber & Strawberry, and Israeli Style Hummus with Tehina, Lemon, Pita for starters.
Larger plates include "Shish" served on freshly baked flatbread with a local greens salad and King Oyster Mushroom - Crispy Chickpea & Green Tehina, to name a few.
Dessert highlights include Butterscotch Budino - Puffed Rice, Coconut & Grilled Plum, and S'mores Freeze Queen - Smoked Graham Crackers & Salted Single Source Chocolate.
Owners Ylia Dzlieri, Lasha Kikvidze, and Boris Khanataev describe the new restaurant as a relaxed and dog-friendly atmosphere.
