Brooklyn Dumpling ShopPhiladelphia, PA - A new automatic dumpling concept is coming to Philadelphia. A multi-unit franchise deal has been inked with the FHG Group LLC to open five locations in Philadelphia. The Brooklyn Dumpling Shop was started by Stratis Morfogen in 2021, but it is now set to open in other U.S. cities. The first store will be located in the center of the city.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop

The new Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is a 24-hour quick-service restaurant with zero human interaction. Customers place their orders, and dumplings are flash-cooked and delivered to a locker for scannable pick-up. The Brooklyn Dumpling Shop offers customers over 32 dumplings to choose from. While the new concept might seem like a gimmick, it's actually a revolutionary concept.

The Brooklyn Dumpling Shop was created by Stratis Morfogen, a restaurateur from NYC. It was designed as a modern version of a New York diner and uses Chinese culture to bring back childhood memories.

With its touchless, 24-hour automat, the new chain has a futuristic concept, but its food remains traditional and recognizable. This concept is a perfect example of a diner that uses a thoughtful approach and embraces modern-day convenience.
