Philadelphia, PA - If you love Cuban sandwiches, then you're going to love the SunPress opening on Audubon's Merchant St. this fall. The new sandwich shop will serve Cuban-style pressed sandwiches, grilled burritos, nachos, paninis, and more. Owners Dar Soleymani and his daughter Sahar are opening a third location of the popular restaurant. Originally, the two planned to expand their cheesesteak business and had been looking for a storefront.
SunPress Opening on Audubon's Merchant Street This Fall
The location of SunPress is currently under construction. The restaurant's co-founder, Sahar Soleymani Lamb, says it will open in the fall. A date has not yet been set, but a fall opening is highly sought after. Lamb is also the co-founder of Dar's Cheesesteaks and Que Ricas. While the new restaurant isn't set to open for business until the fall, a fall opening date seems inevitable.
