New Restaurant Coming to Broad Street - Loch Bar Philadelphia
Loch Bar is located at 301 S. Broad Street, on the ground floor of Dranoff Properties' new luxury residential building Arthaus Condominiums. It will be in one of Philadelphia's most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. Loch Bar is directly across the street from the Kimmel Center For The Performing Arts. Venues like the Wilma, Suzanne Roberts, and the Academy of Music surround it. This will make Loch Bar a vital player in creating and adding unique vibrancy to the Avenue of the Arts.
Loch Bar also plans to use herbs from the sky garden and greenhouse at Arthaus Condominiums in unique dishes and cocktails.
