Twisted Tail Has Decided to Temporarily Close

They will be back in full force come March 2021 – or whenever restrictions are eased. See The Twisted Tail Owner George Reilly’s full statement below.

This year has been tough. But we’ve also had a lot of success with our expanded streetery and delivery service and takeaway options. But after much deliberation, we have decided to go into hibernation following dinner service this Sunday, December 6. With COVID cases on the rise and tighter restrictions from the City of Philadelphia, we feel it is best to temporarily close our doors for the safety and health of our guests, team members and families.

But, you can’t get rid of us that easily, Philly. We look forward to a re-opening in full force on March 19, 2021, or when restrictions are eased and spring is in the air. We’re keeping our heads high and already looking to 2021 when we will host in-person weddings, showers, celebrations, and more spirited events once again. Our books are open. Visit our website to inquire.

Thank you to everyone for your ongoing support. Stay tuned to our social media for updates regarding our event bookings and our re-opening celebration.

Until then, stay safe and #MaskUpPHL, so we can all get back to doing the one thing we miss most — creating memories at the table together.

See you soon!

— George Reilly
