Children visiting CHOP Primary Care, South Philadelphia are part of our Reach Out and Read family. Each child receives a new book from their doctor or nurse practitioner at every well visit (ages 6 months to 5 years) and parents and caregivers receive tips and encouragement on how to read aloud with their child.
