Just in time to keep health intended resolutions on track — National Green Juice Day comes to the rescue this Thursday, January 26th to encourage those vying to live a healthier 2017 take a sip in the right direction.

Philadelphia's two Kimpton restaurants, Rittenhouse Square's Square 1682 and Independence Mall's Red Owl Tavern, help the well intended stick to their resolutions by serving made-to-order, green juice with fresh, raw ingredients all year round.

Guests looking for a mid-day pick-me-up, quick, healthy breakfast, or post-workout refuel can stop by Square 1682, Modern Kitchen + Cocktails in Rittenhouse, to enjoy Being Green - made with cucumber, celery, spinach, kale and lemon.



Additionally, Square 1682 also serves Beets Me, a raw juice made with red beets, carrots, ginger and cilantro, as well as Daily Dose, made with Pineapple, broccoli, bell pepper and melon. All three raw juices are served during breakfast, brunch and lunch for $9.

For those looking to kick it up a notch, guests can add Tanqueray gin to Being Green, Espolon Reposado to Beets Me or Bacardi Silver to Daily Dose for the perfect nutritious cocktail. All "spiked" juices are $15.



Guests can also enjoy Being Green and Beets Me at Independence Mall's Red Owl Tavern for $8. For those looking to kickstart their day, Rise and Shine, made with coconut, pineapple and orange juice ($8) is the perfect choice. All three raw juices are available during brunch and breakfast at Red Owl Tavern.
