Philadelphia, PA - The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, by Philadelphia's Chef Jose Garces' will be a culinary twist on American classics, located at 50 S. Main St., New Hope, PA 18938. Influenced by regional farms of Bucks County, Chef Jose Garces is launching Stella; a "refreshing Take on American Small Plates.”

Overlooking the Delaware River in the heart and soul of historic New Hope, the restaurant will be a celebration of localized flavor along with shareable dishes and breathtaking views of one of America’s most picturesque small towns.
Stella New Hope's Menu
Stella will be an American small-plate inspired selection making use of local ingredients from the regions many local farmers and artisans. The drink program is going to focus on American wines together with specialty cocktails.
The Fare includes spreads on top of homemade griddled sourdough bread, small plates, and entrees highlighting seafood, pork chops, steak, chicken, and much more.
The drink list will include wine, beer, and creative cocktails, which includes the “Break A Leg” crafted with bourbon, lemon, honey, and raspberry, together with the “Understudy” prepared with tequila, agave, lemon, in addition to lavender. All the cocktails have names relating to the theater.
Bucks Counties Stella Restaurant
When it comes to the restaurant, you will find plenty of room for private events in addition to a great outdoor patio overlooking the waterfront. The dining establishment features a 65-seat dining room, and accommodate 40 guests on the open-air patio, 12 bar seats, in addition to event space for about 150 guests.
