Royal Café Narberth’s Summer Peach Pizza is composed of fresh peaches from South Jersey’s Fralinger Farms, prosciutto, mozzarella, whipped ricotta, balsamic reduction and topped with extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.
“I’m always experimenting with different flavor combinations, and I wanted to create a pizza with seasonal ingredients at the peak of the growing season,” said Chef Josiah Richmond.
Guests who order the “first seasonal pie” on Saturday, August 22 (National Eat a Peach Day), will be treated to a complimentary Peach Crisp for dessert.
Prepared in a cast-iron skillet, baked in the wood-fired oven, and topped with granola crumble and a scoop of Ben & Jerry’s vanilla ice cream.
Royal Café Narberth open’s six days a week for happy hour and dinner (Tuesday-Sunday 4 to 9 p.m.) and weekend brunch.
