Revival Pizza Pub is a stylish, expansive, and spacious 6,700 square feet space that combines modern vibes, natural light, oversized windows, and a massive outdoor cafe. The dining room has a 40-foot long L-shaped bar at its center, and the layout comes complete with ample space for private and semi-private parties and special events.
For owners Justin Weather and Joe Monnich, this is the third grand opening in just a few short months, following the debuts of Stove and Tap West Chester and DePaul's Table. The duo also has other projects to announce and open before the year is done. For Revival Pizza Pub, this project opens a new brick-and-mortar and starts a new series of scalable restaurants like the Stove and Tap brand.
From the kitchen, Revival will use seasonal ingredients to highlight American classics - with gluten-free and vegan options. The scratch kitchen will offer a selection of housemade plates of pasta, handheld sandwiches, small dishes, salads, mussels, and more. The show's star will be pizza that uses Monnich's secret sourdough recipe - and then is fired in a special Pizza Master two-deck oven for pies that cook to perfection in approximately four minutes.
The bar features a selection of boozy lemonades available in dozens of varieties for the beverage program - including Lavender, Yuzu, Strawberry, and Honey Basil - mixed with any number of liquors and spirits on the me\nu. In addition, the bar will feature cocktails with fresh juices and housemade mixes and shrub, plus ten drafts pouring and dozens of beers by the can and bottle. For the wine program, look for natural wines, biodynamic wines, and eclectic varietals.
