Margaret Kuo's Restaurant in Wayne is a true dining experience. This 11,500-square-foot restaurant features authentic Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The walls are adorned with framed certificates and awards. The restaurant is ideal for parties of six to 100 people. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily. Dinner selections will include Margaret's favorite chicken
dish, her incomparable original rendition of General Tso's chicken with a touch of spice - it is very flavorful. Another one of Margaret's favorites is her Imperial Shrimp. Lightly crisped jumbo shrimp in a tangy sauce with shredded snow pea pods, carrots, and maitake mushrooms.
