Bank and Bourbon Bash Food5th annual Bourbon Bash Raising over 100k$ for local schools in the Philadelphia area it is nice to have such a place that gives back. Not sitting back on their laurels, the Bank & Bourbon is still creating a fantastic experience with its attentive staff, excellent food, and spirits.

Some mentionable dishes. The whole roasted sixty south salmon with a tantalizing fennel salad with pear. It was a light, vibrant dish. The Porchetta with a white bean stew was marbled wonderfully and rich with flavor. The smoky essence was very present. The dry aged cowboy steak is a real favorite of mine. Dark and robustly tender its pairing with the areas local mushrooms will impress the palette. The honey brined Duroc pork chop was Taste with a whole new level of tenderness. Accompanied by Fava beans, asparagus, and peas. It’s a genuinely Comforting dish.

To pair with all of these wondrous chef creations they are not short on libations. With whiskeys from the world over the Bank & Bourbon has it covered. After all, ...it’s in its name. With all that said, let’s head over to the deserts and say “Diets be dammed! “

As a display of confections dances in front of you ever-widening eyes. A chocolate raspberry cupcake will tempt you with an impossibility of only eating one. Along with a LaColumbe shooter with a creamy, decadent taste. You will be so glad you saved room. To the chefs, staff, and all who made the Bourbon Bash a success our hats off to you good people. May the good you do come back to you.
