LMNO Baja Mexican Opening in Fishtown
LMNO features an authentic Baja-inspired menu centered around a custom live-fire grill. LMNO is one of STARR's most boldly realized concepts, comprised of a restaurant, an art gallery, a bookstore, and an intimate music venue – all under one roof. The space will act as a venue for artists, musicians, and creators to showcase work alongside a rich, authentic culinary and beverage experience.
Figo Ristorante and Figo Pizzeria
Figo Ristorante and Figo Pizzeria will take over the former home of Wahlburgers and Darlings Diner - at 1033 N. 2nd Street. When opened, Figo will become the largest restaurant in Northern Liberties with seating inside at the bar, bar lounge, and main dining room. Outdoor seating will surround the restaurant from three sides, including the stunning semi-covered outdoor bar and patio. For the opening, look for 200 seats inside and outside to start - with room for expansion.
Philly's Sushi Whisperer Chef Kevin Yanaga
Yanaga brings ten years of experience in the top sushi restaurants in the region, including Izakaya at Borgata, Pod, Morimoto, Double Knot, and Zama. After working with Stephen Starr, Michael Schulson, and some of the biggest names in the business, Yanaga will now open his first restaurant as Executive Chef and Partner. He is located in Fishtown at 1832 Frankford Avenue.
