The restaurant is moving to a new location in the former Indian restaurant IndeBlue at 205 S. 13th Street.

The restaurant specializes in Trinidadian cuisine. The restaurant has several traditional dishes, including curry goat from Trinidad and Jamaican buss-up-shut from the Dominican Republic.

The name comes from a Trinidadian slang word, "flambo." It means "a flame" in Trinidad - a kerosene-soaked rag stuffed into a jar. The interior will be completely redone as part of the transition, complete with lounge chairs and a beach bar.
