Philadelphia Cuts Back on Recycling Due to Rising Costs
Philadelphia, PA - as curbside recycling costs are going up around the world. Cities across the country are re-considering their recycling programs thanks to new Chinese regulations. As a result, the Philadelphia Streets Department is still picking up recycling where possible from all around the city, however, during the past couple of months, just roughly half is really being recycled.
