  • Locust Bar at 10th and Locust St has a delicious 10oz burger for around 5 bucks, and most of the entire menu is under 10 bucks.
  • Abbaye at 637 N 3rd st in Northern Liberties had delicious burgers starting at 11 dollars and was probably my biggest surprise from last year.
  • Good Dog Bar at 224 S 15th st in Center City is a bar with delicious food and a standout  - chef, and they have the famous Good Dog burger and a great brisket grilled cheese for around 13 bucks.
