The popular pub closed suddenly in August because of a serious medical issue affecting a team member. In a moving announcement about reopening, they thanked the local community for their patience, understanding, and support during that time.
Blackbeard Ramen has been around since late 2015 and has built a very loyal following by serving extremely authentic Japanese comfort food. It's an intimate restaurant (around 15 table-side seats and a traditional counter) and is best known for its rich broths.
With the kitchen fired back up, diners can once again slurp their way through several masterfully executed ramen varieties. The menu features traditional tonkotsu, miso, and curry options, alongside the highly praised signature Blackbeard Ramen bowl. The noodle shop also offers a tightly curated selection of classic Japanese appetizers to round out the meal.
While the restaurant has officially returned to its regular dine-in hours, the ownership team noted that third-party delivery services may be temporarily limited. The staff is currently prioritizing the in-house dining experience as they work to return to full operations over the coming weeks.
