Co-owner and Chef, Michael Curran, opened the ahh! la cart food truck with a vision of creating New Jersey's best street food dining experience. Chef Michael started his training at the age of 14 in Brooklyn, NY. In 1979, Michael became a partner in his first restaurant in midtown Manhattan. He was given room to experiment and created quite an eclectic menu in international cuisine. Although he has never lost sight of his passion for cooking in fine restaurants, Michael knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him in gourmet street food. So, he has established his own food truck and is taking his talents on the road.
