Philadelphia, PA - This month I dined at Bistrot La Minette (located at 623 South 6th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147) for the first time. The purpose of my visit was to preview April's special, a menu that features a Tartiflette. The tartiflette menu is a celebration of French family style cuisine centered around cheese. The tartiflette was chosen because this is the season of reblochon.
