Trash and Recycling Collections Still Delayed in Philly

Philadelphia, PA - The Philadelphia Streets Department responded in a press release to the delays in trash and recycling collections. The Department is contributing the delay to the significantly higher levels of residential trash tonnage, and staff shortages due to the pandemic.
