Philadelphia, PA - Mayor Jim Kenney kicked off the holiday season at One Liberty Observation Deck announced the details for the third annual Philly Holiday Festival. This year's celebrations will start with the Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 22 and continues through the yearly SugarHouse Casino Mummers Day Parade on New Year’s Day, Tuesday, January 1, 2019.
