On Thursday, April 23, 2026, the 14th Annual Garces Foundation Benefit will transform Live! Casino & Hotel into a vibrant, Artisan Night Market. Known as one of the most prestigious food showcases of the spring social season, the event offers a rare opportunity to sample signature bites from a who's who of the Greater Philadelphia culinary scene—all while supporting the city's immigrant community.
Curated by James Beard Award-winning Iron Chef Jose Garces, the cocktail-style tasting event will feature dozens of acclaimed local restaurants. For a $125 ticket, attendees can eat their way through an unlimited array of gourmet dishes, complemented by complimentary wine, spirits, and cocktails from sponsors like Stateside Vodka and Komos Tequila.
A Sneak Peek at the Menu Guests can expect an incredible diversity of flavors, from traditional Latin American cuisine to innovative fusion dishes. Here is a preview of what some of the city's best chefs are serving up:
- Amada Radnor: Serving Albóndigas, which are rich lamb meatballs prepared with a foie gras sherry cream and black truffles.
- Bolo: Offering Bacalaoitos, perfectly salted cod fritters served alongside a bright horseradish-blue crab salad.
- Little Fish: Preparing Scallop Toast, featuring shaved raw scallops dressed in chili oil, soy, and chives served on buttery sesame toast.
- Heavy Metal Sausage: Serving an Argentinian Morcilla Toast that includes house-made morcilla, milled rye bread, biquinho pepper salsa, and a smooth heirloom bean puree.
- Gass & Main: Slinging the World’s Best Hotdogs, featuring Wagyu beef dogs topped with incredibly inventive flavor combinations like peanut butter and Fritos.
