The show won multiple awards, but the storyline is likely to take place outside of Seattle, as the original did. Chris Harris and Joe Cristalli are currently writing the revival. Fans can also speculate about what could happen in the remake by following the Twitter account Frasier Contemp.

The reboot will focus on the character Frederick Crane, the son of Dr. Frasier. The reboot will feature only one original member of the cast - Kelsey Grammer - who has expressed hopes for a reunion with the original cast. However, there is still no official release date.

The cast has yet to be confirmed, so fans should wait until the show is announced. However, Grammer stated they intend to bring back most of the original cast, including David Hyde Pierce as Niles, Jane Leeves as Daphne, and Peri Gilpin as Roz.
