Recently named Executive Chef, Leveillee will take over the helm at Whetstone Tavern while Chef Jeremy Nolen returns to run the kitchen at their German-inspired sister restaurant, Brauhaus Schmitz.
Main Street Manayunk’s Winnie’s Le Bus
Since the 1980s Winnie’s Le Bus has been on Manayunk’s Main Street. Patrons frequent Winnie’s to enjoy eclectic American food that is homemade with locally sourced ingredients. Chef John O’Brien runs the kitchen here and next door at Winnie’s sister restaurant, Manayunk's Smokin‘ Johns BBQ.
Philly's BYOB The Living Room Cafe
Philadelphia, PA - We found our way to The Living Room Cafe by recommendation of one very satisfied customer (word of mouth is one of our favorite ways to discover a new spot). Owner Zachary Scott took over the restaurant at 703 South 5th St. and reopened in September 2015 to offer a menu that is locally sourced and freshly prepared with organic, gluten free, and vegan options for dining in or delivery.
Philly's Miles Table BYOB Restaurant
Philadelphia PA - Back in February 2013, Michael Lynch opened up his first restaurant, Miles Table named after his son. The area where he lived needed “a casual spot for quick, pleasing and fulfilling meals; a place where you could eat in or take out, meet with friends or relax while sipping on a decent cup of coffee.”
