Philadelphia, Pa - Join us on Thursday, February 9th as we welcome West Chester’s Levante Brewing Company to South Philadelphia Tap Room. We’ll have 6 different Levante drafts available- including a cask pin of a new South Pacific Hop Cartel IPA on the bar top.
Hang out with the brewers & staff from Levante while sampling the best they have to offer- super fresh IPAs (cloudy ‘east coast’ style & old school), a peach sour, & an apricot tea saison (the spiritual successor to their beloved Earl of Newlin Colonial Tea beer) & more!
Chef Drew & the team will be turning out classic beef & beer inspired plates, sandwiches & snacks- hearty & warming, perfect to accompany a few pints on a chilly Winter’s evening. Select Levante drafts will be 1/2 price during happy hour (4pm-6pm), & we’ll also have a sweet Levante glassware give away (while supplies last).
The year and a half old Levante Brewing Company (West Chester, PA- only 31 miles away!) caught our attention this past year with their progressive IPA program & blending of old & new world ideas. The recent expansion & development of their barrel aging program has us pumped to try some of their upcoming sours & dark ales as well. Levante means “elevate” in Italian- we’re happy to welcome folks using the finest ingredients, conceptualization & execution to take their brewing to the next level.
