Build The Perfect Summer Libation at The Royal Boucherie

The Spritzer Bar is the latest addition to the restaurants' curated cocktail program. It offers guests brand-new seasonal offerings: It's a creative twist on the standard spritz, and guests can select from a base of Aperitif spirit (Step One), a modifier (Step Two), and a Topper (Step Three) to build their own perfect summer libation.

  1. Choose a base spirit from a list of options including Aperol, Cappelletti, Carpano Antica, Cocchi, Americano, Cocchi Rosa, Galliano, Licor 43, Lillet Blanc, Lillet Rosé, Lo-Fi Gentian, Nonino, Pavan, Pimm’s, Ramazzootti, Salers, or St. Germain.
  2. Choose your modifier: Aloe, Cherry, Grapefruit, Honey, Lavender, Lemon, Orgeat, Orange, Pomegranate, Rose.
  3. Choose a Topper: Club Soda ($12), Sparkling White Wine, Sparkling Rosé ($14).

The new "build your own spritz" is designed to highlight Royal Boucherie's unique Amaro selection and provide guests with a refreshing elixir throughout the summer months.

In addition, the current cocktail list is broken into classic cocktails and brand-new specialty tipples.

New specialty cocktails utilize French ingredients while integrating new elements. For instance, the French Maid uses cognac as a base. That incorporates fresh cucumber, mint, and Caribbean liqueur Velvet Falernum to create a refreshing experience. In contrast, À La Philly is the perfect blend of two of the most vibrant cities on the map: Philadelphia and Paris.

Using rye whiskey from a Boardroom Spirits, absinthe from Philadelphia Distilling, and the classic French spirit Benedictine. This booze-forward cocktail wakes up the senses and engages one's palate.

The Royal Boucherie is open Wednesday thru Sunday from 4-10 pm. Look for expanded hours, including weekend brunch service, coming soon.
