How Does The Law Of Attraction WorkPhiladelphia, PA - Have you ever wondered if you are actually attracting the things you want? If you have ever had trouble attracting love, it's probably because you haven't thought about who you want.

How Does The Law Of Attraction Work?

You can change your energetic vibration, but how do you do that?  The secret to changing your energetic vibration is to start by asking yourself some questions. Asking yourself the right questions about what you want will help you attract it more quickly.

Like Attracts Like

The theory behind the law of attraction is based on the principle that like attracts like. We tend to attract people and situations that are similar to ourselves. For example, if we like to hang out at the same bar or go to the same college, we will attract similarly inclined people. This principle has been proven to work in countless examples, and it's time we all gave it a try.

Changing Your Energetic Vibration

You've probably heard that the universe responds to your vibration.  Abraham Hicks explains that you can change your vibration to attract more of the things you want. However, you need to know a few important things before you can use this powerful technique to manifest the things you want. Here are some ways to make the most of this powerful tool:

Visualizing

Imagine the things you want in your life. Create a vision board. Cut out photos of people, places, and experiences you would love to have. You want the board to encompass your most important life goals. As you create it, think about yourself as experiencing each of the things on the vision board. What does it feel like to have the things on your vision board? It should feel real. You will feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment by visualizing your desired items.

Expecting

Do you have a goal and expect the Law Of Attraction to work for you?  Often, people make the mistake of expecting something to come their way when they only expect it to be negative. Often, they think of the item they want, but the truth is that their expectations are different from their actual wants. For example, you may expect a new car but receive a completely unexpected gift instead.

Manifesting

The Law of Attraction says that you attract what you put out there.  This is true whether you are intentionally focused on something or not. Your thoughts and emotions have a vibrational frequency that attracts things to you. When you focus on positive thoughts, you attract things to you. Manifesting is the practice of focusing on what you want and training your mind to attract these things. By harnessing the power of the universe, you can create the life you want.

Flaws

The law of attraction holds that what you think about is what you attract.  Bad things will come your way, too. And while this concept is quite powerful, it does have its flaws. For starters, the premise of the law of attraction requires that you think about the event on the same frequency. That is problematic on several levels. And if you're not convinced, you should probably read the flaws of the law of attraction before you start applying it to your life.

Critics

While the concept of the law of attraction is widely accepted by millions, many skeptics and critics disagree.  Some believe the theory lacks empirical evidence and promotes a 'wishful thinking' mentality. Others point out that the law of attraction is a simplistic way to achieve the desired outcome without taking action. The theory was first published in 1989 by Wallace Wattles. But critics say it's not the panacea it's made out to be.
